Her leadership still guides our team every day.
Tracey brings over 15 years of industry experience and a passion for turning properties into thriving investments. From luxury sales to building defect rectification, there’s little she hasn’t tackled. Her belief? “A happy tenant means a happy landlord.” Her honest, solution-focused style has earned her the trust of long-term clients and countless referrals.
Lisa blends compliance knowledge with real-world landlord experience. With a firm grip on legislation and an eye for detail, she balances the needs of renters and rental providers seamlessly. Organised and empathetic, she keeps everything running like clockwork – no stress, no surprises.
Melissa is all about smooth experiences and human connection. With over a decade of experience in property management, she brings warmth, clarity, and calm to every interaction. Her local knowledge and steady communication style ensure every property, and every person, is treated with care.
Courtney is the definition of proactive. She’s meticulous with her calendar, always a step ahead, and focused on long-term relationships, not quick wins. Whether it’s urgent maintenance or routine inspections, Courtney ensures nothing falls through the cracks.

Amelie is a leasing powerhouse. With extensive experience across Stonnington and Boroondara, she’s leased everything from sleek apartments to large family homes – even during the toughest COVID lockdowns. As a property investor herself, she understands what’s at stake and goes above and beyond to match the right people with the right homes.
Cindy brings a transparent, renter-friendly approach to leasing. A South Yarra local with a love for the area, she’s deeply in tune with what renters are looking for, and what property owners need. Her friendly, calm presence makes leasing a stress-free process for all involved.
Yasmeen rounds out our team with a unique perspective, thanks to her background in psychology and criminology. She combines strong communication skills with a thoughtful, people-focused approach that builds trust and keeps things running smoothly in the field.
